Booth Staff
A Exhibitor pass will be sent to you via e-mail. Every participant must have a JEC World printed access badge to enter the exhibition halls.
Name badge will be available at the reception booth.
Booth Design
Appearance
No business clothing will be arranged. Please provide an appropriate outfit; Business casual. Additionally, an open and friendly attitude is expected. Engage with visitors and make them feel welcome.
Catering
Food and drinks are available at the stand. The staff can use these facilities, and it is also possible to offer refreshments to visitors. Lunch is provided for the booth staff. Hostesses will be on site to take care of catering.
Please note: eating at the stand is allowed, but be mindful of visitors. Clean up any mess and prioritize visitors who may have questions.
TEAM Dinner on the 9rd of March is arranged for you at the hotel at 7PM.

You are responsible for following up on all leads generated during the event.
A reporting template is available. Be sure to note all data and follow-ups in there.
